BEFORE PURCHASING, DOWNLOADING AND USING ANY FILES FROM PAST LIFE ANSWERS, PLEASE READ THE PAST LIFE ANSWERS COPYRIGHT/LICENSING AGREEMENT.
YOU MUST ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO PURCHASE OR DOWNLOAD SESSION FILES. ONCE YOU HAVE ACCEPTED IT, YOU ARE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
  1. The term “sessions” when used in this document, refers to any file, in any format or configuration, which originates from the Past Life Answers website, including but not limited to: audio files, audio CDs, CD-ROMs, mixed mode CDRs.
  2. All sessions remain property of Past Life Answers (the licensor), and all downloaded sessions are licensed, not sold to the registered user (the licensee). All rights not expressly granted to the registered user are reserved by Past Life Answers.
  3. The registered user is granted a single user license, meaning only the registered user can use the sessions. This license is NOT transferable.
  4. All copying, duplicating, reselling or trading of these sessions is strictly prohibited. This includes creating a new sample library in a database or on any form of media such as CD-ROM, CDA, DVD, DVD-R, any form of magnetic or optical storage media, or in any way deemed inappropriate by Past Life Answers in accordance with this agreement and international law.
  5. You may not transfer the sessions electronically or via any peer to peer file sharing program, FTP site, service bureau operation, DRS, computer network or in any way not expressly allowed by Past Life Answers.
